Good sized bedrooms with the master suite downstairs has meant mum and dad have had their privacy.
They have enhanced the home over the years including a new kitchen with Stonex bench. More recently the carpet and guttering have been replaced, the exterior painted, new ceiling insulation plus a heat pump have all made this home more comfortable. After 12 years it is time to move on and they just know you will enjoy living here as much as they have. Being in zone for Somerville Intermediate has also been great for the kids.
